Although I'd assume it's not overly trivial to implement

Some people are able to help with multiple languages, so it would probably be best to list them below the "7TV Translator" so that the box can expand to show them all. If someone actually speaks like 10 languages, I'm impressed and so should the people that hover over the badge.

i like it, but make it a toggle, so you can choose whether you want people to know what language you translated
