VOD emote replay

Something that would be pretty wicked would be seeing emotes as they were enabled at a given time in a VOD. Ideally it would also handle BTTV and FFZ emotes but there's no shot of that. But seeing how 7TV keeps logs of when emotes are enabled and disabled, I'm thinking maybe it's possible using timestamps of messages (if those exist) to check which emotes would've been enabled at the time. If it's possible to do at all, it should be able to be done fairly efficiently.

Certain VIPs in certain channels have been abusing 7tv's instant update feature to add and remove emotes for just a few minutes several times throughout a stream. This feature would be vital in preserving such tomfoolery in the way that it was originally tomfooled.
