Translator Badge Redesign

IMO, the translator badge needs something to make it stand out more. right now it looks almost exactly like the contributor badge on 1x res. maybe make the letters colored like the earth globe?

I have suggested a few alternatives already. Changing contributor to blue, changing who gets the white fill logo etc

I personally think the letters should be filled with something that's not white

imo volunteer translators are a valuable resource

it's not hard to argue that they should be incentivized/rewarded

The blue color I chose was chosen to make sure that the overall brightness of the logo was fairly consistent, so you can still see it's a 7tv logo
