Toggle to flip an emote

Just a toggle for individual emotes to choose whether the emote should be horizontally flipped/mirrored when typed in chat.

Not sure what the easiest way to implement it would be. Whether its a toggle in the emote picker. Or theres a global emote code you put after the emote which tells it to flip it

Command with exclamation marks can work

w! To make it wide
h! For a horizontal flip
v! For vertical flip

Can put it before the emote
