We have not stopped working on this problem and we are working closely with our third party partners to figure out how to fix the issue. Hi Rebel - the next time this happens, can you please use the in-game reporting feature - you can find this in the settings cog. 🙂 If logging a manual ticket at #troubleshooting-and-bug-reports - Please make sure you describe things like the keyboard model you're using - is it wired, or wireless. etc. if wireless are the batteries low? i know sometimes peripheral devices start doing weird things when batteries are dying....

Question to Devs about seasonal claw machine: Do rewards have equal of different chance to drop?
I used 900 tokens and received 9 rewards but none of them are hats. Moreover the first 3 rewards were farts.
Imho, it would be fair to reveal drop rates of rewards if they aren't equal. TY

To answer the question, purchases through authorized vendors (Heybox) are received via codes that are one time use.
Purchasing from Gaggle through the website, google play or apple app store, items are added directly to your account. Gifting is not available at this time
