Public lobbies have report features that will be attached to their accounts and may result in bans. The relevant players can also be kicked from the lobbies by the host and will not be able to rejoin unless permitted to by the host. If the player in question is the host, and a sufficient number of players block their mics, they will be kicked from the game, and once again that will be reflected on their account.

If you are level 25 joining the lvl25 lobbies might help. I'm not very familiar with how public lobbies are these days but I'd imagine that someone isn't gonna level and account to 25 just to risk getting banned.

While a task win is a way to end the game - it ultimately means that the killers have failed at killing, and the geese are bad at deduction.

It is more of a time limit to get the ducks moving than an actual win condition. Just like how critical sabotages are designed to confuse and disorient the geese rather than actually winning the game.

Yes, they CAN end up being fatal, but more often than not it's to split people up/distract them from your real target, etc.

Some people just prioritize deductions instead of tasks. U can't rlly change how ppl play, so I suggest finding different people to play with, getting even faster with ur tasking to solo it, or trying out a diff play style (like looking for sus things to make deductions)

Grouping the entire way through is not deductions. It ends up being the main reason why the tasks never get done

Some things u can do is check the sab tasks n look around for other sus things

If the lobby u r in groups too much, I would point it out to see if they agree it is too much, but if not, I would move to a diff lobby which doesn't encourage grouping

Fun fact:

On Mallard Manor, my favorite go-to tactic as the Engineer is to immediately go and hide in the leaf pile in hopes of catching someone doing the light sabotage. I apparently do this with such consistency and frequency that some people I play with have started counter-playing me by picking Assassin and just starting the round by checking to see if I'm near the leaf pile waiting for my cooldown. then they shoot me in the first meeting.

"How did you know I was Engineer?"
"Because every time you're Engineer, you go straight to the leaf pile, so I just checked to see if that's where you were at the start of the game."

It depends on context. The way I see it is if you have a reason for doing so (e.g. faking dodo, they are beyond a doubt caught and you want to strengthen everyone's trust in you, etc), then it is fine. It is best to discuss your plan with the teammate in question beforehand though this can't really be done in text only matches, so be more careful on that end.

Someone in-game is being toxic/abusive/swearing/racist

Unfortunately, we cannot control when bad actors enter a game, but we do provide in-game tools to help moderate your lobbies. Conversations that go on in-game are still private, and we do not have access to the audio in any way. You can block or mute the relevant players in-game and use the in-game censoring filter. Public lobbies have report features that will be attached to their accounts and may result in bans. The relevant players can also be kicked from the lobbies by the host and will not be able to rejoin unless permitted to by the host. If the player in question is the host, and a sufficient number of players block their mics, they will be kicked from the game, and once again that will be reflected on their account.

If you're using steam, an update will be queued, and if you do not see one you might have to restart your steam client. If you downloaded GGD from the gaggle site, an updated version will have been uploaded. If on mobile, you'll need to check your app store directory for any updates. Thank you for your patience!

You're still able to create and join room via room codes. You will need to play Quickplay to find public games until you reach level 10
