Day 1 - Had to workout on Wednesday but had work so couldn't do it , so I did it today on Thursday
Day 2 - Did Yin Yoga today
Day 3 - Felt great !!
Day 4 - It was harder than previous workouts but I did do it
Day 5 - Played badminton
Day 6 - badminton is fun 😊
Day 7 - I lost to my uncle 😭
Day 9 - Played 3 matches with my friend and I won all 
Day 10 - we played 2 matches I lost one I won one
Day 11 -
3 sets of 8-12 reps each :-
Lunges
Push ups
Wide raises
Tricep extensions
Lying leg raises
Day 12 went to walk with @placid mirage

Doing A Challenge to get myself into working out and Staying Healthy.
The Challenge is Simple , Just follow 3 rules :

Was helping with family event so couldn't get time for workout and was eating with relatives and they believe if I am not eating to full capacity I haven't even eaten so calories were high I couldn't track because there were many things at different times and I didn't have a way to measure portions
