Starting to take care of my body
First thing am going to do:-
make a habit of working out 3 times a week (Mon-Wed-Fri)

Day 1 - Had to workout on Wednesday but had work so couldn't do it , so I did it today on Thursday

Day 4 - It was harder than previous workouts but I did do it

Day 5 - Played badminton

Day 9 - Played 3 matches with my friend and I won all doggochoms

Doing A Challenge to get myself into working out and Staying Healthy.

    Was helping with family event so couldn't get time for workout and was eating with relatives and they believe if I am not eating to full capacity I haven't even eaten so calories were high I couldn't track because there were many things at different times and I didn't have a way to measure portions
