yes its because the systems i built haven't been used by users yet, still in development phase.
the way i reduce latency is just by limiting the number of words of the model's response through prompting, so it fluctuates depending on the api load, model used, and response generated

I don't understand from your bullet points what is the input and output
probably what I would look out for prompt engineering work
- how rigorous is your evaluation on whether one method is better than the other
- are people using it, and how to do determine whether people like it
- whether you are someone who just follows instructions or lead the project
