When did you graduate and did you have industrial experience?

I dropped out of University and started to learn about data and ML. I don’t have any professional experience.

I have developed some projects using SQL, Power BI, Excel and completed a whole lot of online courses.

I am trying to land a data analyst/ML Intern type roles.

To be honest, your projects look quite elementary

#

Kaggle is one place where you can prove that you are better than the others

Thank you for the advice. I'll try to do more complex ones. Without projects, what other things can I do differently to make my resume stand out???

Competitive programming (i.e. Codeforces) is another way, your math olympiad experience might help, if you happen to be good (1900+) without much effort it might make sense to put that in your resume

#

By Kaggle I mean getting better ranks in competitions than merely copying a notebook someone published, or writing impactful notebooks or discussions

Thanks sir, for taking out your time to reply and giving me advice. I'll keep those on mind.

All the good wishes for you.

What an example of a role you are aiming for?

Any kind of Data Analysis roles, and Junior ML/DS roles (i.e. ML Intern).

Thanks for sharing, the first two asks for experience, not sure it is a norm there that when they ask for experience they do look for experience
