Lines that contain special character do not play dialogue

Whenever there is a dialogue with special characters I.E. Chinese characters or just gibberish, dialogue doesn't play which is very jarring when only one line has those characters and only that line doesn't play.

Mostly noticeable in the Enter the Dojo quest that has a lot of those.
