NPCs that remember what you do and react over time.

How it would work:
• If you help an NPC → they become friendly later
• If you attack them → they run, call backup, or seek revenge
• NPCs form groups, factions, and rivalries
• They build bases and defend them
• You can start wars between factions

Why it would be awesome
• Makes the sandbox feel alive
• Creates endless emergent gameplay
• Works great with multiplayer chaos

Example:
• You give weapons to one faction
• They attack another faction
• A full-scale AI war starts without you doing anything

I’d love to see this is would be so cool. But I think that this would have to come way later down the road because of the fact that they would pretty much have to give the ai sentience
