Civilian Npcs
This feature would be able to add npcs of civilians. This means regular clothed civilians.

You should add the option to turn off their AI so they stand still no matter what.

However if AI is kept on (by default) they will run away and hide if they hear gunshots and/or if they are shot. They would also run if they see others running or screaming.

This feature would be benificial
This feature would give us a type of "Ford" for us to use as seen in BoneLab where its just a test dummy. Unlike the soldier Npcs they wouldn't fight back. This could add for a lot of fun.

Reference
A reference I have for this is Garry's Mod npcs. However not just the base Npcs. I would like for them to be highly based off the "Crowd Panic" mod for gmod npcs. Their animations are fluid, looks like real running and panic.
