You can cover the mouth of Npc’s during combat so they don’t scream, and you can tackle Npc’s to the ground and hit them while they are on the ground.
If they add missions in the game, you should be able to make it day or night mission. And in the night missions. You can stealth it (or if you want to go guns blazing) and like the other thing I suggested, you can cover the mouth of Npc’s and then do whatever you want.
