If this isn't a feature ADD IT
This would add alot of immersion into the game and would be kinda satisfying
Also alot of games like bonelab dont actually have broken bones as a feature in the game they are mods
I have never seen a game with broken bones in it which would make this game more popular but it should be a 13+ feature because it might be much for kids under the age
If this gets added put it in setting under the blood and gore category (if there is one) so you can enable and disable it
