It would be in in a "avatar customization" tab and when you select "change flag" tab and it would bring up a list of country's and the flag associated with the country. When a country us deleted in this tab that countries flag will appear on the characters bpv/helmet. It could also include different variants of flags which and b&w or tan/olive
