Smashing npcs heads into walls has been suggested countless times, but if that gets added you should make it so things such as force and wall material changes the amount of damage this attack does. ex: smashing someones head into a metal wall really hard will kill them on impact, but doing this with a weaker wall like wood, would break the wall and do less damge.
