Multiplayer Arcadey gamemodes like capture the flag tdm etc...,
Different Material sound effects like touching clothing is different then touching a gun (metal)
Water physics
CQB (Close-quarters battle) maps
Door ramming like having that metal rod thingy that swat teams ram the door in with.
Swimming
Night Vison
Optional god mode
Optional infinite ammo
Realistic holsters shown in games like tactical assault vr
Im not sure if this gore related but like when engading in a fist fight people get blue or purple
