Sneak up behind an npc successfully, put gun to their head or knife to back or throat while holding their shoulder, neck or mouth with other hand. enemy pleads, bargains, possibly tries to push and shove a bit which requires player to keep their grip on them

if other enemies witness this, aim at you but dont fire for fear of hitting their own man
