for more immersive-ness, maybe you can have an option where you have to perfectly align the ports to insert the mag instead of the game doing it for you

H3VR:

yeah, and that’s why i brought it up. H3VR reloading is so precise that you have to focus specifically on reloading, which doesn’t really work in a fast-paced shooter

id think itd be cool to have a visible barrier between people who know how to use guns in an expertise manner and amateurs. of course there would still be an option for magnet reloading

that's actually a good idea

you have to find a balance between automation and responsiveness and most games err HARD on the side of leniency to ensure you can always reload your weapon properly

maybe there could be a slider as well, to change the magnet strength from lets say

Expert ------------ Amateur

I think this would be great overall and would be nice for finding preference

This is in already I’m pretty sure

while in a purely virtual world hyper realistic reloading doesn't exactly work as you can't really feel/guide the mag in without any sort of haptic feedback, I would absolutely love an option for more immersive reloads

It’s already in the game

then stop trying to claim you know everything when you have no basis to prove it upon

what they showed is not the same thing as what this post is saying

placid thunder

It literally is though? Can you please like- be less dense

barren tulip

this post refers to an options menu and i haven’t seen anything resembling an options menu

placid thunder

They literally say “Option to turn (smth about mag colliding and magnet) off”

i do not think “cancelable” in “guided mag clipping (cancelable)” means what you think it means

all i remember hearing is "when the mag is in, before you fully put it in you can also pull it out"
