Hello new state mobile all team i need help my account is banned i dont know why i just received vip royal membership in my mail box i will send proofs of it and now my account is banned i dont make any purchases in game . My in game nick name is ＥＧｘＢＲＡＲand i dont have character id but the gmail that linked with account is [e-mail] . Please new state community help me and unban my account. Thank you.

And this happens with me by someone who use third party application for sending nc where only nick name needs for purchases and then they refund it banned the account for 100 years so no one can do anything about it so please new state do something about it so it will not happens with anyone in future thank you. @shut cosmos @azure pumice @stiff canyon

Use customer service and explain that you have refunded your purchase by mistake and you want to undo that

I dont have id number i tried a lot i explain that i dont make any purchases but i am willing to pay them every amount but support team only said one thing wait until time is over thats all
