this is a spectator bug, it has been in the game for a while now. the camera gets stuck on the person you're watching

But this should depend on the device of spectator.
I am not sure if the op did something to change pov or is it a bug.

But i remember seeing this view pov when deadcam was first introduced

They didn't even have to update their nonexistent outdated anti-cheat.

• Allowing only Player account level 35+ 40+ to play league match (weekly+ace)

• Rank requirements contender 5.

I am in favor of both ,cuz both will be beneficial.

This would prevent them from entering league match ,which is (league)is the biggest reason/ motivation for hacker to keep using hacks .
This is the simplest solution knowing the game have zero anti cheat.

for example you can make new acc bronze tier with hack and rank up your teammate with hack which there tier like master or above and there is no restriction
