Description: When fishing in shallow fishing spot in Virelda, occasionally there is a fish that will run away even though the progress bar is filled entirely. Unsure if this is a bug or intended feature. If intended; punishing the player for beating the minigame seems incorrect? This does not happen on all fish, maybe 1 out of 20 or so, as I've seen it multiple times.

Reproduction Steps: Fish in shallow fishing spot in front of granny smith's home.
Expected Result: When filling the progress bar, I expect to obtain the fish into my inventory.
Actual Result: Approx. 1 out of 20 "wins" in the fishing minigame will result in the fish escaping even though the progress bar is filled.
Frequency: Approx 1 out of 20 tries
