AUGGGhHHHhH YESSS I just recently had a huge cooking thing where I would cook each of my meals (not planned) and if I’ll be real most of it was eggs

Also i can speak for the noise sensitivity. I have bad noise sensitivity and occasionally I’ll cry/run away/have a breakdown at loud noises or a lot of noises at once, yet I still can listen to loud music and like it a lot. I always have a pair of earplugs on me at all times tho, so I can handle it. Also If I ever forget to bring some or anything like that, I know that one of my friends or family will get a pair of noise canceling headphones or some earplugs or just bring me away from the noise if they see I’m having a hard time.

dublin is honnestly one of the best places i could've ever visited

for a very first time going to a forreign country without my parents (i went on excursion with two other friends for a week) it left a very good impression

10/10 experience. would definitely do again

There are a handful of major cities, the biggest besides Dublin being Galway (my personal favorite so far), Cork, Limerick, and Waterford (our oldest city, dating back to 900 AD). They have about the same feel as Dublin, friendly people and a high walkability with lots to see and do. The rest of Ireland is towns, villages, and rural land, and by golly it is absolutely stunning. Plenty of rugged and beautiful cliffs (legendary in fact) on the west coast and the grass is green literally year round. Many many castles and castle/church ruins and historic sites too. But pretty much everywhere you go you’ll get that same laid back Irish friendliness. Oh and you’ll definitely see lots and lots of cows, and sometimes sheep lol

so like my thoughts are even tho they got rid of the punishment part, it’s still not considering that people are individuals and it’s done to “fit” people into societies exceptions and instead it trains ppl to have robotic responses and etc

i don’t like it because instead of teaching self regulation it teaches you to bottle up.
if i were forced to give up my headphones and fidget toys i would have probably completely crashed by now.
It persists because autism is seen as a disease and something bad.

my friend who was forced to do ABA when she was little ended up just being so overwhelmed and overstimulated and had nothing she could do because she was taught that what will regulate her is bad.
She ended up having a really bad meltdown in middle school in class and went into a complete rage.
she got therapy and her parents realized that ABA was not the answer and she’s allowed to be her autistic self with accommodations
