On Steam? Yeah, myself included. Submitted a ticket last April to Support and provided screenshots showing everything was read and completed and they said the team was aware it was bugged but it still hasn't checked off yet. Maybe you want to send in a ticket as well.

If you put fertilizer on the plant there's no way to remove it

If you place a different type of fertilizer on top of it such as water retain or weed block etc. it will remove the quality up that u had placed before hand and put it in your hotbar

How rare are flow trees and how do I find them?

they're quite rare. a few options:

• be in bahari at midnight when the flow grove spawns. if you are nearby you'll hear a noise in the direction it spawned, otherwise wait for someone to call it out in chat. chop each tree once and then wait until the group are ready to cut them down.
• just watch the chat while in bahari at other times and people may call out single flow trees
• chop down regular trees and there's a small chance they'll respawn as flow trees
• use a dowsing rod, which points to flow trees (but also to some other forageable items like brightshrooms)
• look for someone who is holding a flow tree party at their plot and ask to join.

well... you can buy them from ashura's guild store for 3 foraging coins each, but you need to be foraging level 10+ for that and you'll need a LOT of planks if you want to craft all the furniture.

the easiest ways are going to the grove or going to a flow tree party at someone's plot.

You have special quest's there, 2 mini games that reward tickets that you can use to buy some decorations, food, recipes, a nameplate, fireworks. You have special achievements during this time too. And there's a claw machine that gives plushies.

So, general question about the Romance Pins. I noticed that there are 2 slots for them. I didn't know how that was intended to work. If I start romancing a second Palian, will the first break up with me (and if so, would I keep their pin I currently have)? Can I get 3 romance pins from different palians, but only have 2 displayed? If I have 2 different Palian Romance Pins on me, are we a throuple? Can I romance a second palian if I have already given my pin to someone? Just not sure how it was intended to work. In general I am a very loyal/monogamous person like that in games. But if Polyamory was intended...I already have Jel's pin & him pinned...I think he'd be cool with folding Tish into the mix. But if it is a romance a second person at the expense of the first's feelings/relationship...no dice. Just curious why there are 2 pin options to display. If they are notches on your belt of past successfully wooed partners. Or if they are current proclamations of devotion...and if so, how is that intended to work in game?

You can wear only two, no they won't break up with you, you can romance all, only you can break up with them

being poly is pretty normal in palian culture. pins are basically a sign of devotion or serious feelings, although from a gameplay standpoint, the only thing they do is affect dialogue.

as holland says you can romance everyone, you can get all their pins, nobody will break up with you regardless of which pins you wear or don't wear. most characters are fine with you dating others but ||tish|| and ||reth|| have some dialogue about not wanting to date you if you're also serious about the other, and ||hassian|| has dialogue that he is monogamous but doesn't mind you dating others. there's only one "true" possible throuple in the game where you are all mutually dating each other: ||nai'o and kenyatta||, assuming you pick certain dialogue choices

(edit: oh and yeah jel is ||totally fine with you dating tish although i don't think he wants to date her himself||)

I have a few questions about gifting/friendship/relationships.

First, can you give multiple items per week off the 'weekly wants' list or just one? I assume weekly wants gives more friendship than a normal loved item.

Second, does star quality affect the amount of friendship earned for a gift?

Third, in the case that I don't have access to a weekly loved gift, is it better to give a weekly liked gift, or a regular daily loved item?

You can only give each weekly want once per calendar week. Level 1 and 2 are worth more than daily gifts. Level 3 and 4 are worth more than Level 1 and 2. Starred quality doesn't matter for friendship gifts.

Since you can only give a gift to a villager once per IRL day, take care of the weeklies, if you can swing it (starstones count as Level 3/4 gifts). I've heard weekly wants will count even if you didn't discover them yourself.

So this week Tish wants a Shell (Level 1), a Stuffed Cabbage Roll (Level 2), a Pinecone (Level 3), and a Green Pearl (Level 4). You can give her a Shell today, a Green Pearl tomorrow, a Stuffed Cabbage Roll on Wednesday, a Sundrop Lily (a daily gift) Thursday, and a Pinecone on Friday.

You can't give her a Shell today and another Shell tomorrow. She'll tell you her pockets are full when you try to give her the second Shell.

Awesome! I do have one question on that. According to Palia Tracker, in the NON weekly section of gifts, there are distinctions between Liked and Loved gifts. Does that actually matter? Going off what you said any non weekly gift is worth 10 points, regardless of it being liked or loved?

Liked gifts are those 2 you get at first 2 levels of friendship with them. Loved are at 3 and 4 friendship levels. So non weekly gift, that list of things they will accept is worth 5 points

On Palia Tracker, there is a Show all Likes button, and when you click it it shows a handful of gifts up top that shows "Every Day gifts" with a heart next to it. Then below is a general liked gifts.

Use a buzzy jar at 3 am, start by Pavel mine and loop around by Hodari's and then back around through Pulsewater. They're almost impossible to find after 6 am. Might help to clear out other bugs in the area right before 3am too.

Don't use fireworks to mark locations only flares. Flare lasts 3 min firework doesn't, which won't guide people at all.
