over in quest help, many have said that too. if you activate the final island teleporter before talking to zeki... it pulls them to final island and then it bugs out...

so most likely they will fix it and have everybody that it bugged out on file a ticket

I have the same issue. Apparently this is becoming a known bug if one creates the teleporter for "Ball" Island and Places all the eggs into the nest before completing the Sisters' evidence quest. Zeki will leave the Main Island - the quest Flag will disappear and he will stay on Ball Island, I hope they fix this bug soon.

My friend is doing the Temple of Gales quest line and accidentally made it to the last island early and is now bugged. He didn't talk to Zeki before moving to the last island but turned in the bugs and fish. They moved to the main island with out the wind gust actually being turned on so now he can't turn in the door fragment to solve the slide puzzle. I am said friend in this comment. I was completing the Temple of Gales" quest line and made it to the "eye of the storm" quest. Gathered all the eggs, bugs, fish, and received "talk to zeki at the main island quest. While searching for eggs, bugs and fish I went to the main island prematurely by gliding over to it and falling down and respawning on the main island where I got the "flow generator fragment". Now that I've reached the portion of the quest where I'm supposed to go to the main island and talk to zeki the final fan that properly enables you to get to the island will not turn on, so I have to fly over, fall, and respawn onto the island to get there like before. Zeki, Caleri, and Elouisa are at the main island in front of the door next to the flowstone gate that takes you to the exit, but there is no quest icon above them and no new dialogue to progress. I can't open the door and I can't progress in the quest any further, even after exiting out and re logging into the game. I am completely stuck. Zeki's only dialogue at this point is "Heya kid" and "you find something?". Not sure what to do at this point.

Uhh. The last patch changed my settings and actually lowered my fish speed in the settings
Check that and it might help? To "save" the speed change just hit esc after adjusting

It used to have brackets that you would have to lean left and right to keep the fish in the brackets. Reel when it's not fighting. But now the brackets are gone completely and even when I'm not reeling the fish wiggles and the bar starts to go down. If I try reeling while it's doing that it goes down even faster. If I'm not reeling and it's wiggling away how do I stop it?

The good news is, it's like a light switch that keeps getting bumped. Switching servers and then traveling back can usually fix it. So like, if you're in bahari, travel home then back, or to kilima then back.

Or enjoy the Hard Mode fishing that was unlocked with this patch, and reel in while guessing where your indicator is based on how the health bar responds! 🤣 not impossible but HECK it's hard lol

Currently the crafting stations are bugged and not showing full recipes. I would use www.paliapedia.com to search the recipe. It will tell you what materials are actually needed, and once you obtain them, the "Make" button will become active.

Visual glitch. Exit bench, reenter. It fails to show ALL the items you need to craft it, it only shows some of them. When you exit and re-enter, it refreshes and shows them all and will allow you to craft it.

BUT. You may have to do that each time you go to craft a new thing, if it won't let you craft it.

The glitch is that it only shows the number of different ingredients of the first item you look at when you enter the station. So if the first item has one ingredient type, then anything that has more than one ingredient type will have a grayed out button. In most cases, if you do have all the ingredients, you can still click the button and it will work.

If the first item you look at had three types, then you switch to ine that has four, it will only show three. Then you exit and reenter, and it tends to be on the same item you were last looking at, which then refreshes it, and so now, all four types are showing!

Currently crafters are not showing complete materials needed. Some people can apparently exit and open the crafter again to see an updated recipe, but that doesn't work for me. You can look up the recipe on https://paliapedia.com/recipes/page/1 and once you have all needed materials for the recipe, the "Make" button will work :)

If it's because it says to meet him on the main island, You got too close to the last island before you were meant to, I think the bug is probably known by S6 at this point. You'll have to wait for a hot fix. No workaround (not yet found anyways)

Currently crafters are not showing complete materials needed. Some people can apparently exit and open the crafter again to see an updated recipe, but that doesn't work for me. You can look up the recipe on https://paliapedia.com/recipes/page/1 and once you have all needed materials for the recipe, the "Make" button will work :)

The basics:
To play with friends, you both have to complete the tutorial first. If you've both done that, you can go to the social menu (o) and if in the same place, like Kilima, can then party up, add friend, and send server sync requests to hop into the same instance.
To visit a friend's house, if you have both completed the tutorial, go home and talk to the blue sign. They have to be home at the same time, and you can't build there or anything, but can water their crops, chop trees, etc. if they give you the technical permission to do so and you can cook together (and get the full food from it).

but it's probably just server connectivity issues, especially if cross-region. Big issues atm

no, it's not. They changed how palium spawns. Now all nodes in bahari spawn as stone, iron or palium. So no longer separates spawns for palium

it should not be too hard to find palium, but it's probably similar to before mining changes (boost to palium when starstones were added). You just need to run around mining everything to trigger palium to spawn. Might be hard if there are many ppl around.

you completed the quest once you do the what 8? if you wanted to do the reset you didnt need to hand in right away, but they can still be crafted with recepie you get

they were nerfed (again) recently

right now they're simply sort of "ok", just not great

if you're lower level/newer they might help combined with other stuff, but the nerfs have hit it far too hard; I'd consider mining to be quite poor overall now
