Yeah... I understand. For the laundry, you can put them in a bucket with oxi action powder on it. Wait around 1 or 2 hours and then mix the laundry. Then rince it and let it dry either in the shower or outside if you have your own outside zone or a free space in front of your window. That does the trick when there are no machines.

Especially copper and iron are used for early furniture so I recommend keeping those. Silver is mostly for mirrors and gold is only for a couple things so those are more based to sell early

Especially since your smelter will be working hard with the materials you need silver and gold aren't really special early on

you don’t need to cap lock everything, understand your frustration, make a ticket as suggested and wait , there’s one quest that would need to go up there and it’s not game ending if you don’t. they usually fix those asap , they can only do updates monthly so need to wait
