And.. honestly, the games during the 90s, weren't perfect. We saw them as "perfect" though, but overtime... well, you can see what mistakes there were. Neutering them can help with this, along with making sure you get decent litter & making sure the litterbox is in a "safe" place (by his standards). Along with making sure there's more than 1 in a different room, if possible.
If cats are declawed, they also can have similar behaviours, because it's very uncomfortable for them.
Making sure cats stay stimulated via cat toys, or even one of those uhh, cat toys where they have to work for the treat, if that makes sense? forget the name of it rn.
I also like putting yt videos of birds for my own cat-- which helps her calm down and feel more relaxed and stimulated.

I know the wallpaper thing is a known issue. The bugs/loot disappearing is likely do to clipping issues - stuff clips through the ground a lot, unfortunately.
