Simply curious, when you say "homemade", do you make your own pasta? I've made spaghetti, linguini, etc. I've even managed the little "press it with your thumb" shells. I just cannot get the hang of macaroni; it always comes out straight line, and inconsitent diameter

this I have, the meat grinder is cool for mixing herbs and making your own ground flavors. I don't have the pasta attachments but my friends use them and like them. I have a whole dedicated machine to pasta making.

Well, by "by hand" I fully recommend using tools. I just prefer homemade to boxed. I used to think "Oh, there can't be that much difference." Now, I've 2 Sicilian descended housemates, and the three of us make pasta, often. Now, all the stuff from a box tastes like the box, to me

the key to mac and cheese is usually to make a roux but if you dont want to do that then just go for the more simple recipe like I posted, but def don't use pre shredded cheese cause it has corn starch in it which will make the cheese get all grainy instead of creamy

if you ever get into a little bit of trouble with a reaction take 20mg of pepcid. This is also an antihistimine. pretty powerful one too which is why they administer it with not only cancer treatements but any infusion in case of allergic reaction.
