I often get agitated waiting to chop a Grove. It takes ~2 mins to run, from the beach at Beachcomber, all the way to Outskirts or Thicket. Why are we waiting 7 minutes?

Then each time a Grove appears and I am right near it, I call it out and run off and continue mining some more, as they all stay there wondering when to chop, I tell them, "A good Shinobi knows when to say, "F This, I'm Chopping Now". As I proceed to call out palium nodes - of any size.

There's a small island, near Lighthouse. I have caught bass, spotted rays, eels, both kinds of tuna, and a marlin, there. I presume that's the one you mean?
It's SE of Lighthouse, juuuuust far enough out, you'll have to glide to it. I think it can be reached from a geyser, but I just climb Lighthouse and jump off
