Can someone give me a breakdown why Fine Arrows are better than Standard Arrows? From what I can tell, and maybe I'm wrong, creatures seem to need the same amount of hits regardless between those 2 arrows to go down.

Standard do okay in Kilima but fine are better in Bahari -- the critters in Bahari take more power to take them down. Plus, if you're in Bahari anyway, it's surprisingly easy to get the iron and heartwood to make them.

It could be that nobody has the drops turned on right now - you have to catch a stream while it's live and the streamer has twitch drops enabled. I do know that the drops for week 2 haven't started yet - I'm guessing that'll happen around 8am Pacific time today.

To get current twitch drops, you need to make an account and then find anyone who streams Palia and watch for 2.5 hours. You can mute the tab if you want it will still count. If you are on pc, you can click on an icon that looks like a box/envelope on the right top side of the screen and it will tell you the progress towards your drops. Then you need to click on the notification that they’re ready to claim and click on them to claim them. After that you should get your rug and plushie in game mail

Hello everyone! I believe I encountered an issue. Regarding the chapaa nests: when I got the ormuu jolly rug the game gave me the recepie for the chapaa jolly rug. I thought they just got the recepies mixed up so I waited to get the other one, but today I got the chapaa jolly rug from the chapaa nest but it didn't give me a recepie. So now I have both rugs but only 1 recepie. As anyone else encountered this issue?

Good morning! I kind of have an odd question, but I have noticed the game getting a lot quieter. People aren't always responding to flow trees or groves even. I don't hear call-outs as often for rare forgeables or animals. And I guess that's fine, it appears to be the evolution of the game.

I'm not in a community, and as I am new to Discord, the idea of joining a bunch of strange servers to find a fit feels strange - I'm used to getting to know people on forums and then joining their TeamSpeak (lol). what I do is to ask the other player if they are in party (if they are in a party, leave the party first then relog in) everyone should not be in a party and relog in and try to form a party again, works 70% of the time.

Yeah neither of us have been in parties, we don't see each other's whispers or anything, and we can't inv to server.. we luckily ended up on the same server once we got to bahari bay and we're able to mine together but we haven't been able to recreate that yet :c

I have read that the switch has issues with chat in game, and unfortunately if you can't get that to work you can't also sync with other player's server even when they send an invite to you. Not so sure if that will be fixed in the future as there are tons of bugs in the game and even the known bugs are yet to be fixed. Good luck and see you around in game!

I don’t actually think people are spamming friend requests. I’ve had it happen a couple times where it just seems to be a bug that is causing a persistent request. I’ve had one regenerating a several times per day the last few days.

You have to be at least level 3 friendship with a romanceable character, and then to start a romance line with them, you need to gift them either a box of chocolates or a heartdrop lily. Those 2 gifts are the only gifts that raise the romance bar.

Easy silk = go mining or foraging sweet leaves in Bahari and catch all the pink centipedes from breaking rocks and grasshoppers from picking the leaves.
