Hey @gray escarp If you want to report a user for breaking the terms of service or code of conduct in Rust Console Edition the devs want to hear from you. Please remember that you should always report in-game first. Be sure to provide as much evidence as possible when reporting to Double Eleven.

Am I banned?

• If you can still play PTB but main branch has a big message saying your account is banned, then you're banned.
• If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.

Why am I banned?

• Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
• You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
• Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.
• If you're desperate to know the reason, take it up with D11 here.

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

• Just because you don't know the reason for your ban, that doesn't automatically mean there isn't one.
• Ban reasons displayed in-game might not match what you were banned for.
• Your ban may be entirely unrelated to any warnings you have received.
• Your ban may not be for something you did recently.
• If the appeal button in game is greyed-out, you can't appeal.
• All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
• All bans are manually executed by D11 (outside of the anti-cheat).
• There are no false bans.

What should I do now?

• Go play another one of the thousands of games on your platform.

I’ve been perma banned for the same thing and all I do is run monuments and farm I’m not even good at the game and I’ve been banned for Third party uses
