I have been trying to load into this sever and have done multiple times but the glitch keeps happening. Does anyone know a way to fix this issue?

If it is a community server, the admin needs to apply the patch.

Community servers are managed by their owners and hosting providers, not directly by D11. Unlike official servers, rented servers do not update automatically; owners must log in and manually click the update button. Because of this, community server wipes may not always align with official wipes. After each update, servers will not work with Rustworks until updated, which can cause downtime until the owner applies the patch. Some updates only require a restart, while others require a full wipe, and if a wipe is needed, D11 includes this in the official update announcement with no advance notice—we all find out together.
