Use normal furnaces at all times. By setting up an automated system that just constantly smelts wood and takes the charcoal out of it using conveyors . 6 furnaces should be more then enough.have it running for around 1 hour and you will have around 5k-6k charcoal or more. Can’t fully remember.
All you gotta do is farm wood 👍🏼
