#Discount for Xbox Disc Users

I have seen a few posts on here about the technical issues that had prevented PlayStation users receiving the correct discount for new gen upgrades being resolved. Is there any sign of these same technical issues being resolved for Xbox users who own the game on disc to allow the promoted discounts to finally be honoured?
