Am I banned?
- If you can still play PTB but main branch has a big message saying your account is banned, then you're banned.
- If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.
Why am I banned?
- Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
- You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
- Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.
- If you're desperate to know the reason, take it up with D11 here.
Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?
- Just because you don't know the reason for your ban, that doesn't automatically mean there isn't one.
- If the appeal button in game is greyed-out, you can't appeal.
- All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
- All bans are manually executed by D11.
- There are no false bans.
What should I do now?
- Go play another one of the thousands of games on your platform.
