This could very easily just be the custom smg sound glitch as it mimics the last gun sound you heard which can make it sound like it firing fast.

That kind of thing does not exist on console.

We also don’t discuss what is possible as per rule 11.

If you encounter something actually reportable @fickle wagon has given you the instructions.
