Im kinda new to rust I have like 18 days but I play with my 2 friends and they have 120 plus days so I dont do most stuff like craft things or when we raid I just sit up top and im trying to get better but idk what to really do cause it seems like im not improving much

There's a lot of different things you could do now. I started well before communities were a thing so just grinding and actively looking for things to improve on was the best way. It depends what kinda player you are but id recommend before you play hop on an aim train every day or whenever you get on and spray a bunch of different guns for like 15 minutes just to get a feel for everything
If you play officials, focus on learning monuments, how basic progression works, (Ex. What to do after getting a base down)
Id recommend playing heavily modded servers to improve your aim and mechanics, start servers are usually good since you can get lots of pvp and become familiar with how people play especially during fights, and find ways to counter that
