I'm sure the devs care about the game but would they care enough to not get paid for those few months probably not and you have no idea what's going on behind closed doors.

Also I don't fully understand strikes but I doubt that would be a valid reason to strike.

I’m not sure that going on strike will help the game. You have to thing the game in the state it’s in right now will be the state it’s in for months while the devs leave. It’ll ultimately die before 6 months roll around
