#Military Tunnels NPC's

At every Mil tunnels whether community or official they're acting strange? They keep spam crouching behind cover and moving erratically. My friend also seen it at Oil so I'm not sure if it's a full server thing. I can attach videos if needed

Last I ran oil, had one just spam crouching too.
