So u don't need to quit a Server the Server will Go of before the update it Takes u to 15 minutes after the Server goes off for the Update to be Downloadable and even tho IT says the server will be back up after 30 min it Always Takes longer on Rush

Servers usually come back up exactly 30 minutes after they go down, unless it gets delayed for some reason
