i was banned on rust permanently for like a year now and have no idea why, i just came back to console from playing on pc and sent an appeal in april and still nothing, what do i do?

You were banned for a reason, move on and play another game. if you play on PC continue to do that unless you were just banned there also .

i fully believe the ban was misplaced when i didn’t even do anything at all
i spent over 200$ on that game not including purchasing the game

You would have broken one of the TOS. D11 only ban following a review of evidence, there are no false bans.
