No matter what I do, no matter my ping, usually very low, I play in my region, with 20-40, every thing takes 8~ seconds to do. Excluding walking. It's as if Im playing the game with a constant 8000 ping, and I haven't been able to touch the game for months. When I say everything I mean everything, from mining nodes, to picking up items, to opening boxes, combat. Every, single, action.

this may be a bug ive seen some reports of others experiencing that with certain servers and it not be ping related
