LDAP provider for OPNsense

Trying to configure Authentik as an LDAP provider following this documentation:

https://goauthentik.io/docs/providers/ldap/generic_setup

I am able to authenticate the bind user on OPNsense but my test account that resides in the same search group fails to authenticate with errors:

OPNsense: User DN not found
Authentik Logs: Failed Login - Anonymouse User

It seems following the documentation, I am unable to authenticate or import any users into OPNsense other than the bind user
