So at the end of battle in singleplayer you get to vote for something, but it doesn't show any option and there's the countdown only, so you can't pick anything, the only way to do anything is to press ESC and then Battle Summary and press F1 or the button at the bottom to show the voting.
During two first battle I didn't know about that and just went back to repair station without recovering any wrecks, so I guess that can happen to a new player and overall it's not ideal.
So it either should be removed from singleplayer and you just get to pick the option which allows you to recover wrecks or go back to repair station (having restart option after you finished the mission is quite dumb in singleplayer to be honest) and I am not sure why even it is there, it does not fit singleplayer well since there's only one player.
