same problem
Long story short, the issue with the black water is closely related to the refraction texture that does not seem to be working on previous project builds. So it refracts the default texture, which is completely black. Unity uga buga I guess. We changed the rendering technics to much modern ones, and this problem disappeared (we changed Built-in, for Universal, if someone is curious)
The issues with weird tank glitching I belive are mostly fixed, and tanks behave much more stable, so such things should not happen
