lost my progress

I lost some progress because I logged in on 2 devices and I bought some eggs and decor but they weren't in my inventory

that can unfortunately happen if you try to play from two devices simultaneously

we are working on finding ways to improve this but for now it is a restriction of the game

What is the solution now for the eggs and decor that I have bought but are not in my inventory?

Now I log in again, the last log was 12:31

the coins were refunded automatically

the purchase got overwritten by the other account you had open at the same time, so the purchase got "rolled back" essentially

yes. at 3.15 pm there's stock of leg egg, but when i bought it, the room start restarting then the stock of leg egg appear again, it repeats 4 times until i decided to change the room

usually, no one join the ipay's room, there are only 3 people (me, newbie, and my bf). but today, theres other people join ipay's room but they dont have any character. when the people change, the character still doesnt appear

@sullen ice bought some devine decor, already put in the garden, but then its gone

i will have to take a look at the server logs tomorrow to see what happened, but in general, as the game says, you cannot have the game opened in two locations at once
