Journal entry not registering

I tried registering my juicy rainbow peach but it won't register in the journal. Uprooted the whole tree and brought it over.
I tried restarting the game but still doesn't work?

Registering things into the journal by putting the plant into a pot does work, but only when the crop is mature
(At least it should work)
