Rainbows Glitch

I noticed on my moonbinders a few of them have got rainbow (maybe glitched as they weren't rainbow before) but when you select them there is no Rainbow mutation on them. It seems to be a glitch.

i have encounter same bug as well

multiple of my moonbinder have rainbow appearance but dont have the rainbow shown under the status
