Bot Not Botting, RIP My Streak

I lost a 155 day streak because the bot stopped sending me daily reminders. I never muted it... it even said "you're going to lose your streak!" at which point I immediately logged in, but for some reason, the next day I got 0 notification about it and lost the streak.

due to my hectic lifestyle, I had always relied on the daily reminder to hop on and relax for a little while. pretty sad my almost half a year streak has poofed because the bot decided I wasn't its friend anymore 😭

you're not the only one - i am actually about to send out some streak repairs for this

the DM system just couldn't handle the traffic and quietly fell over

@wheat lagoon your streak (along with a number of others who had long streaks and were impacted by this) should have been repaired, and you should have just received (or will very soon) get a DM about it

will the bot be continuing to send daily reminders? I noticed when I logged in today that my streak increased but I did not get a DM from the bot with a daily reminder.

there are two DMs - one is a "warning" that only gets sent if you haven't played and yout streak will end soon. that one was what got skipped over the weeked, and should be back to working. but it only gets sent if you haven't played

there's another DM that you get every day regardless
