#Can't Mute Player-Join Sound

With all in-game audio muted, the sound alert when a new player joins my game still plays.
Since I play on Discord web, the only option is to mute the browser tab, but this of course mutes sounds I still want like audio alerts from mods.
Game version 117.

I dont think is a game related bug, have u turned off "Activity user join"sound?
